Dr. Joe Xanthopoulos isn't just passionate about dentistry; he's passionate about its transformativepower. Graduating from Melbourne University in 1995, Joe has been specialising in implant dentistrysince 2002, honing his skills through a prestigious residency at UCLA in 2009.
Dr. Joe isn’t just technically skilled but also a dedicated contributor to the field. He actively participatesin the Australasian Osseointegration Society and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry, constantlyseeking ways to advance the profession.He masterfully combines the cutting-edge All-on-4 Plus® technique with cosmetic dentistry principles,crafting smiles that not only function flawlessly but also radiate confidence and self-esteem.Outside of work, you will find Dr. Joe cheering on his team the Melbourne Football Club. Samantha (Sam) Raw
Oral Health Therapist (OHT)
Samantha is an Oral Health Therapist (OHT) who has had 8 years of experience and is currentlycompleting a Certificate of Adult Therapy.Samantha is our first OHT at the practice. As an OHT she is able to provide thorough and gentle carefor our patients including regular preventive cleans, checkups, x-rays, fillings and mouth guards.
She enjoys managing patients with gum disease as well as seeing children.

Dr. Martin Nguyen
Dentist, BHsc(Dent) / MDent (LaTrobe University)
Dr. Martin Nguyen is a compassionate dentist known for his caring and empathetic demeanour. He prioritisestaking the time to genuinely connect with his patients, fostering a sense of trust and comfort.Graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry and Masters of Dentistry, Dr.Martin has worked in private practices in regional Victoria and Melbourne. In this time, he has gained a wealth ofknowledge in both general and cosmetic dentistry.Dedicated to staying current with best clinical practises, Dr. Martin has completed courses in porcelain veneers, therapeutic injectables for temporomandibular disorders, and most recently, a post graduate diploma in clearaligner orthodontics.

Kew Dentistry Director and Aria Skin Clinic Founder
Nicole is a seasoned professional with over two decades of service at Kew Dentistry. Nicole plays apivotal role in supporting both dentists and staff to ensure the highest level of patient care. Beyond herprofessional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Dr. Joe Xanthopoulosand three daughters. Nicole will also be at the helm of the new Aria Skin Clinic which will soon provideadditional skin and dermal treatments to our patients at Kew.
Grace
Senior Surgical Dental Assistant
Grace joined the team in late 2018, quickly advancing from nursing with Dr. Joe to a managerial role. In
2021, she completed her Dental Nursing Certificate III and is now studying to be a nurse. Committed,
organized, and hardworking, Grace is a trusted problem-solver. Outside of work, she enjoys socializing,
sports, and traveling the world with family and friends.

KD Practice Manager & All-on-4 Plus® Co-ordinator
Jenna has been a member of the Kew Dentistry family since 2009. Beginning as a nurse for Dr. Jeff her
interest in surgical procedures lead to her becoming Dr. Joe’s head surgical nurse. After 8 years of
surgical assisting, Jenna now works as our Treatment Co-ordinator, being the friendly face and voice to
guide you through any questions and queries you may have about your proposed treatment.
Her passion for the job and commitment to ensuring patient comfort makes her the perfect practice
manager who will always go above and beyond to get the job done.

Nicholas serves as a Health Organisation Manager at Kew Dentistry. A seasoned healthcare and business professional, Nicholas holds an MA in International Politics and Economics from the University of Leeds and an Executive MBA from Leeds Beckett University. Nicholas works closely with business partners and the Kew Dentistry team on new developments that seek to provide an elevated level of patient care.
